Hope only for caring people
In Moscow in the middle of winter, in the most frosts, they evict people from housing in which they are registered and have been legally live for many years ... Is this possible?
It turns out, perhaps. The leadership of the Moschelk factory needed a hostel building in Bolshoi Savinsky Lane. And it does not matter that the building does not belong to the factory, although it is located on its territory. It doesn’t matter that families with children live in it. In a state where legislators adopt scandalous laws against orphans, it is not scary to evict women with children among winter in frost-since the legislative power has so lost elementary ideas about ethics, then that the factory leadership is bothering. High authorities will not concern such atrocities, but with the police and the prosecutor’s office, if there is money, you can always agree.

Since mid -January, employees of a private security enterprise (ChOP), hired by a factory, openly atrocities: destroy the walls of the premises, break the doors, block the entrance to the hostel, turn off heating, light, water, and tables from the kitchen have been carried out. Residents could not go out to buy food and bring water - they would not be allowed back, they were left without communication (without electricity, mobile phones could not be charged). They were threatened, they were beaten. The day of January 18, according to the testimony of residents, began with a beating. Women complained to the police officers in the police, wrote statements, but the police are inactive.
On January 17, Chopovtsy dismantled a fire alarm. There was a danger of arson.
SOS signals appeared on the Web: “The residents were blocked in a building without heating and water! People are not allowed to let them! Urgent need food, water, warm things! Need help! " Civil activists and human rights activists began to come to residents of residents. On January 18, Chopovtsy provoked a brawl with them, three detained.

The most intense events occurred on January 19, when SOS signals from the hostel gathered at the gates of civilian activists, including active anarchist youth, who, by the evening, managed to break into the hostel. Soon, the police and riot police appeared, which day after day did not respond to the statements of the residents with a request to protect them from the arbitrariness of the Chop, but reacted to the call of the factory leadership. OMON, however, refused to detain civil activists, as the police demanded, but blocked the entrance to the hostel. The police detained 36 civilian activists that evening on suspicion ... in the attack on Chop. They were kept by the night in the Hamovniki police department, the next day they released, but not all. The scientist Grachy Pogosov and student Igor Polozenko was kept in custody for 48 hours, and then they set up a criminal case and put under house arrest. They are now facing a term. Pogosov and Polozenko do not admit the guilt.
The next day, the residents of the hostel went to the Moscow Department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate with the poster: “Freedom Pogosov and Polozenko! They did not attack, but defended women and children! "

However, the Central Internal Affairs Directorate gave journalists another information, and the official media reports that civil activists captured the hostel. Residents placed an excited refutation: “No one except the Chop was captured by the hostel! It was Chopovtsy who kept the dwelling captured for a week! The Khamovniki police department did not react to the calls of the inhabitants of the house for a whole week, the outfits caused by residents came and left to no avail, and sometimes did not come! Their guests were going to go to the residents, who wanted to carry hot food! ”
The residents were scared to be in a de -energized room, they needed the presence of civilian activists. “Eyewitnesses say that Chopovtsy with a metal rod through the fence“ poked ”guys!” - the residents report, protecting the detained activists.
I already wrote about the situation of Valentina Pomerantseva and her 6-year-old son Denis, whom the Chopovites broke the wall and the door to their room on January 15, demanding that they immediately evicted. Soon a new threat hung over her mother and son. On January 25, representatives of the guardianship and committee for minors came to the destroyed hostel in order to pick up Denis. The door was broken out by the Chop’s employees, and the conditions for the child became “inappropriate” ... By a happy chance, Denis was visiting relatives. The “guardians” left a ticket to the shelter for him. Denis's fate is now at risk.

Another resident of the hostel, Irina Lazutina, on January 19 broke the door with scrap in her absence. On January 24, a team of workers came and broke the door, things were carried into the corridor.
They still do not let anyone into the hostel, intensified security. The light was nevertheless turned on at the request of the government, but hot water is still disabled.
On January 25, the residents of the hostel were at the reception in the prefecture, Litoshkin did not promise anything defined by him, except for the meeting on the problem on Tuesday next week.
The situation with the hostel in Savinsky Lane is not an isolated case. The country seems to be a fry some epidemic of inhumanity. Recall the situation with the hospital No. 31 in St. Petersburg. Or with a shelter for homeless "Noah" in the suburbs. Right now, in frosts, this house, created thanks to the enthusiasm of merciful people, the authorities are trying to disband, homeless people - evict.
Today, little Denis needs a little in defense. They want to send him to the shelter that for a child no better than a prison for an adult. They need to protect Pogos and Polozenko, they are being fabricated against them under Art. 213 h. 2 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons), they are facing a prison and a term.
Residents of the hostel also need protection, at any moment they can wait for new provocations.
They ask caring people to call the CAO prefecture and ask how such atrocities can occur in the territory subordinate to it
( / 495/912-55-03 #321-Prefect, 8/495/912-55-03-Receiving Prefect, / 495/912-13-99 #418-Deputy Preservice).
They ask to call the “hot line” of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and ask why the Khamovniki police department allowed the arbitrariness of Chopovites regarding residents and volunteers (tel. /499/255-96-57).
They ask to follow the events around the hostel.
A wild atmosphere has developed in the city and country: people who suffer lawlessness and arbitrariness cannot wait for help from the prosecutor’s office, the police, or from the city authorities. Only - from caring people, civil activists, journalists and human rights activists.
