In the Moscow region, a preliminary investigation of a criminal case was completed against two law enforcement officers. They were convicted of the tortures of the detainees and the factory of the investigation materials. With the help of torture, the police forced several visitors to stipulate themselves and "confess" in the murder that was not at all.

When working out the version of the possible murder of a local resident, the officers of the police decided to interrogate with the addiction of colleagues of the missing person. As a result, two natives of Mordovia and one native of the Bryansk region, who came to the Moscow region to work, were detained.

"Despite the denial of its guilt in the incriminated crimes, the investigation collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with which the indictment was approved in the criminal case, and in the near future it will be sent to the court for consideration on the merits," the investigation was concluded.
