The case of the "Urzhum Oberty Plant"

The case of the alcoholic plant was instituted after the privatization of 25.5% of the shares of the Urzhum alcohol plant in the regional ownership. In the fall of 2010, the privatization order was signed by the former director of the State Property Department of the Kirov Region Konstantin Arzamastsev. After the matter was initiated, he flew to Latvia. Today, the UK said that the official was put on the wanted list.

The investigation believes that Arzamastsev sold at the auction of shares of OJSC “Urzhum alcoholmaria” at a significantly low price - 95 million 370 thousand rubles. The investigation estimated the real value of the state share of the plant at 197 million rubles.

Last week, the first prisoners appeared in the “Urzhum Timesvod”.

The general director of Partner LLC Igor Burkov, whose company acquired shares, appraiser of the Kirov branch BTI, Marianna Popova, who estimated the cost of shares, and Andrei Devemarova, whom the investigation considered the intermediary in the case, was concluded. What can threaten Nikita whites

The “initiator” of the case of the Urzhum alcohol plant, the ex-deputy governor of the Kirov region, Sergei Karnaukhov, stated that Nikita Belykh could be involved in the case as a person who made some financial decisions in this transaction, and, perhaps, will soon receive the status of a witness or even the accused.

The lawyers of the defendants are currently refusing to comment, however, as it became known to The New Times, the investigation has not yet provided them with any examination that proves that the value of the shares of the distillery was underestimated.

It seems to me that the investigators could not find, for which it was possible to cling to, so they came to the office to Nikita Belykh. Formally, his signatures could not be on the papers for the sale of a distillery, because Arzamassev signs all such documents - it was he who was authorized to do this, ”says the source of The New Times, close to the case.

“The case began as pressure on Alexei Navalny, but when it turned out that Alexei Navalny was not even in Russia at the time of the transaction, it began to be used against Nikita Belykh,” the former vice-governor of the Kirov region, Maria Gaidar, told The New Times. Gaidar believes that a search is a continuation of pressure on the governor of the Kirov region, with whom he came across earlier, although at his post he behaved “as correctly as possible” and “tried to live according to the laws of the system”: “Nikita Belykh came to the post of governor as a Medvedev person.
