Remuneration under such an agreement is not limited to the tariff rates established for full-time employees of the channel, but is determined by agreement of the parties, based on the popularity of the presenter and his personal intellectual contribution to the program.

The general director of Channel One especially emphasized that the citizenship of employees does not in any way affect the level of their remuneration.
