
Oppositionist Leonid Razvoszhaev agreed to undergo a course of treatment in the hospital of the investigative insulator No. 1 of the city of Irkutsk, RIA Novosti reports.
Razvoszhaev was transferred to the hospital last week in connection with complaints about the state of health, which the accused and his defense declared. Earlier, doctors found a bullet in his back from the wound of many years ago and prescribed the opposition of a two -week course of treatment.
On January 29, lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky said that Razvozhaev refuses treatment in a local hospital and asks him to transport him to the Moscow pre -trial detention center. However, today it became known that Razvozhaev wrote a written appeal to the head of the SIZO-1 hospital, in which he asked him to appoint a second medical examination and undergo a course of treatment, according to previous prescriptions.
Leonid Razvoszhaev was transferred to the Irkutsk pre-trial detention center to investigate the criminal case of 15 years ago about a robbery on a businessman in Angarsk, which stole 500 surgical hats. On January 24, Razvoszhaev agreed to close the case over the years, thereby formally pleading his guilt. According to Agranovsky, it was a forced measure. Despite the closure of the case, the opposition return date to Moscow remains unknown.
Razvozhaev is also accused of preparing for riots, illegal border crossing and false denunciation . Now these cases are united in one with the case of “riots” in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow on May 6, 2012.
