The expanded meeting of the government of President Vladimir Putin was announced quite pathetically. On it, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev had to report that he was fulfilled and what would be made from instructions and election promises of the current president. Extended meetings of the Cabinet of Ministers with the president are not very frequent, unless something happens from the ordinary, which requires the carpet to the president of the prime minister and all other ministers. More often, the President listens to the reports of individual ministers and heads of departments. Still, the government leads the prime minister and it is he who holds, in the usual, routine practice of his meeting. On the agenda in this case, the economy development strategy for the next five years was declared, but many observers were interested in another question: whether Putin will again make the Government of Medvedev by the scapegoats for failures.

These 25 million are, of course, a trifle, but it is painfully indicative. The figure is obviously taken from the ceiling and it seems, to put it mildly, too ambitious. For such a result, it is necessary to reduce the entire structure of the national economy. This was not possible Vladimir Putin for 13 years of his stay at the highest state posts, it is unlikely that it will be possible now. Priority areas are formulated so that there are no priorities - everything is priority at all. Which reduces faith in the realism of global tasks. Point programs will be implemented (Medvedev again repeated the thesis about the support for state programs as a development factor), but the economy will not be rebuilt at the indicated interval.
