The matter is for two

The Investigative Committee has reached that stage of enlightenment, when even correspondence in social networks can be the reason for testing it. The point is that, according to Izvestia, the TFR will cause one of the affairs against the famous blogger and public figure Alexei Navalny immediately Governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh (working relations are associated with him) and TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov. The latter was just very actively interested in the White on Twitter, what happened to a hundred millions to the campaign of the Union of Right Forces (there was such a party) in the distant 2007.

These money, recall, were transferred from the ATP account to the accounts of two companies, which, according to the TFR, are directly related to Navalny. Further the fate of the money is not clear: it seems that they should have been conducting a party’s advertising campaign, but they were not spent on it. In general, investigators suggested - fraud. And in December 2012, a criminal case against Alexei Navalny was brought up.

With money, as we already wrote, the story is muddy-no one also makes any complaints, the money in the ATP was personally Nikita Belykh (he is a businessman in the past) and his general is the right, about which Belykh wrote in response to Solovyov’s questions. There are no offended, but TFR, and after him Vladimir Solovyov are excited. In addition to the whites, a number of leaders of the ATP were called for interrogation - in particular, Leonid Goman and Maria Gaidar.

It is clear that it is more unpleasant for all in this story not even to Navalny, who, it seems, is more or less, more or less. Or at least, of course, explainably, it is familiar: the Investigative Committee loves to recall the “dark past” over the past year and now restarts the old affairs (the case of “Kirovles”), then it starts new ones.

The most unpleasant consequences from this noisy story, probably for the Governor of the White. His office was visited this week by investigators in another case of Navalny - on the privatization of the Block Pacet of the Urzhum alcoholian plant for almost 100 million rubles. In this case, the whites are a witness.

This is usually a good reaction in the federal center, before the return of the governors' elections, it was quite possible to lose the post for this. Now, however, the Kremlin will also not stroke the Kremlin for this kind of scandals. It seems to be white and not to blame for anything, and most likely it turns out that it has nothing to do with it (or almost nothing), but the effect will still be like in a joke about spoons and sediment.

Alexey Navalny

At present, communication with Navalny itself (it does not matter that it was up to any swamp) - it is no longer very good for an official. And criminal scandals are an additional trump card for those who do not want to see Nikita Belykh in the governor's chair. Belyh himself previously stated that he was ready to go for a second term. “I said and is ready to confirm that I have a desire to continue working as a governor of the Kirov region, but this will depend on a number of issues, some of which are not in my competence,” Belykh told a press conference in December. This was very correctly noticed by the Belykh about questions not in his competence - they may not agree on the second term in Moscow, recalling the “crime”.

The period of the whites, who was scheduled for the governor's post at the very end of 2008, expires in January 2014. However, earlier the governor expressed a desire to resign ahead of schedule and re -elect in 2013. Belykh said that he was hoping for a working meeting with Putin in early January, where he could discuss this issue. The fact of the meeting, however, was not reported.

However, all this undoubtedly corrects the plans of the Kirov governor regarding his political future. The word, however, is behind the Kremlin, and there they are still emphasized by a detached position. Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on searches in the White Cabinet, said that “searches are not a reason to resign,” and added that the president was not reactions to these events.

It remains incomprehensible to the end, whether it was just like that or someone purposefully tries to shove the governor. The attack on the whites from Solovyov’s side suggests that the second hypothesis has the right to exist. And the regional security forces often act on the basis of some of their own reasons and act as political actors.

For the whites, however, there is a backlash. He can play the situation in his favor, proudly playing a map of an unfairly offended one. However, for this, most likely, consultations with the Kremlin will be needed.
