About a billion budget funds flew through Serdyukov airline

Military investigators check state contracts for the repair and reconstruction of the Chkalovsky airfield. The company "Chkalov Avia", which organized the delivery of the VIP-Person and military personnel to the country for the visa of the son-in-law of the ex-Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov in the Astrakhan region, is suspected of involvement in the theft of budget funds, the Izvestia newspaper writes.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, among the founders of the “Chkalov Avia” - OJSC “Aviaremont” (51% of the shares) and Anna Tretyakova (49%). Oboronservice directly and through Aviaremont allocated money to the company, and Chkalov Avia, in turn, hired contractors, told the newspaper a source in law enforcement agencies. In total, about 1 billion rubles from the budget passed through the company.

According to the report on the profit and losses of the SPARK-Interfax base, 2011 Chkalov Avia LLC graduated from a loss of 1 million rubles.

All firms that have concluded contracts from the “Chkalov Avia” over the past two years fell under the audit, investigators pay special attention to contracts with the Astrakhan company LLC Promstroymontazh LLC, which now repairs the runway at the Chkalovsky airfield. According to the Oborontorg trading system, specially created to place orders of the OPENSService Holding enterprises, this company won the company on the current repair of the Flight Field of the Chkalovsky airfield on July 14, 2012. The customer of the tender was the Chkalov Avia, and the organizer of the tender was the company Defordidit, another “daughter” of Oboronservis. The cost of the contract is 100 million rubles. The tender was declared on July 7, and Promstroymontazh from Astrakhan became his only participant and winner.

Investigators suspect that Promstroymontazh, registered in Astrakhan, could also participate in this scheme - for example, part of the money allocated for the repair of the airfield in Chkalovsky could be launched for landscaping.

Recall that the Ministry of Defense, as the investigation suspects, landscaped an object unofficially called the military "Serdyukovsky cottages", and spent the road from the recreation center to the place of VIP fishing.
