I have long wanted to speak out on the topic of beggars on the roads.

I am in general, in general, I am negative. For several reasons. The most important - I know that this is a dishonest business and many of these beggars earn good money. Certainly no less than a nanny in a kindergarten or a cleaner in a bank ...

And also - this is a very black business. And I am negative about any criminal business.

And they lie - and they are not often disabled, and they are mocking the children and do not starve.

They also stick to passers -by, spoil the appearance of the streets, etc., etc.

There are many reasons. Therefore, I do not believe everyone. And I do not give them money, often. Although several times in my life I was faced with the fact that it was very sorry for the old women - I gave them. It was extremely rare. Those old women who periodically appear on Kirovka, believe me, do not poor.

And I also think that a healthy person can always find a job, there would be a desire. A watchman, a loader, a janitor, a cleaner. This is so, on a vapid, and if you think about it, you can offer a lot of options.

I also note that I traveled a lot around the world, so I met beggars in other countries extremely rarely, much less often than in Chelyabinsk. And I also note that the locals are very disloyal to them and almost do not throw money. Only tourists throw them.

But these are all half a bastard. I am ready to endure the number of them on the street that is now. But absolutely does not agree to endure anyone on the roads.

There they create a real threat. And an accident, and an obstacle, and theft from cars, and damage to transport, etc. are standing in the middle of the road or rushed between the stripes. They, of course, choose the most lively areas.

They will leave the roads only if it becomes unprofitable. When they stop serving on the street. But this, I suspect, will not happen. People seem to be happy to open the windows and give them money. Sometimes I would like to ask why he does it. Well, you want to build a noble philanthropist out of yourself, come to the church, there are always full of these crooks.
