The situation on the territory of the Warsaw Station is ambiguous. The young people who seized the second warehouse wanted to draw attention to the problem of demolition of architectural monuments. The planned demolitions of buildings here began in November and took place on territory belonging to LenSpetsSMU. The second warehouse (which had protected status until 2007) belongs to the Adamant company. No demolition work was planned. Activists, concerned about the fate of the building, decided to take radical measures and seized it. 
A cultural center was organized inside, and an exhibition of photographs of destroyed architectural monuments was opened. Later, the skating rink is flooded. To ensure power supply, a cable was illegally laid from the Russian Railways networks, which was cut off several times by security officers. The Jolly Roger is on the flagpole. 
Of course, the owner of the building was unhappy with this development of events. However, the police were not involved in resolving the conflict, hoping to resolve the conflict without their help. The squatters did not engage in dialogue and had no intention of leaving the building.

During the assault, both police officers and activists were injured. They used improvised means against the riot police, including a crowbar. The detainees were taken to the police station. 
Human rights activists got involved in what was happening - they organized support for the detainees and brought packages. They called an ambulance for one of the victims and tried to establish contact with the activists. With their help, the minor participant in the events was released with his parents, as well as the girl - on bail. 
Meanwhile, in the warehouse, workers continued to open the premises. They knocked the lock off the gate, opened it and threw one of the gates onto the floor. The explanation is simple - it is necessary to exclude the possibility of recapturing the building. 
The activists can be understood - after the story of Rogov’s house, which ended in unauthorized demolition, it is difficult to trust developers. However, it is difficult to assert rights while breaking the law.
