Khakass arbitration fined IDGC of Siberia for 34.5 million rubles for abuse

The Arbitration Court of Khakassia imposed an administrative fine of 34.5 million rubles at IDGC of Siberia OJSC.

The decision was made on the application of the Republican Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Taiga.info correspondent reports on February 6. Earlier, the UFAS commission in the republic recognized IDGC of Siberia to violating Part 1 of Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (a ban on abuse of dominant position).

“MRSK Siberia, the Khakasenergo, as a network organization, violated the terms of the contract for the technological connection of another network organization - the Abakan Electric Networks municipal enterprise,” the regional department of the department said.

The size of the revolutionary fine was determined in accordance with Art. 14.31 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of dominant position in the commodity market).
