
On Friday, February 8, at 12:20 in the Presnensky District Court, administrative cases of activists of the revolutionary workers' party of Alexander Zimbovsky and Galina Dmitrieva will be considered. Under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal order of a police officer), they face up to 15 days of arrest.
On January 31, Zimbovsky and Dmitrieva, together with five more activists of the dormitory movement of Moscow and the Moscow region and the movement of deceived large families held an action near the building of the Moscow housing policy department. They wanted to transfer their demands to the head of the department Nikolai Fedoseev and insisted that he come to them personally. Nevertheless, his deputy Tatyana Makarenko came to the activists. The negotiations ended in vain.
