The first head of Gazprom Rem Vyakhirev died

The founder of Gazprom Rem Vyakhirev died in the 79th year of his life, reports Gazeta.ru.

Vyakhirev has served as the head of the company since 1992. Before that, he was the first deputy head of the company. Vyakhirev became the chairman of the board of the concern after the departure to the government of Viktor Chernomyrdin.

The leadership of Gazprom Rem Vyakhirev left in 2001.
