Based on the results of systematic observation, it was revealed: 10 facts of non -income media in the light of more than one year, 1 violation by the founder of the media para. 4 of article 11 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media” dated December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 in terms of failure to submit to the notification of the frequency of media outlets, etc.
