Torture in the police - deeds

A prosecution of police officers who mocked the detainee were sentenced to the Stavropol Territory. Then there was still a police, not the police - it was in December 2010. The victim is Vyacheslav Merekha , his policemen dug up to a hospital bed and disability. The defendants are four employees of the order protection point where Vyacheslav Merekha was delivered. The script with beatings, cauterization of a lighter, the rape of a half-living person with drunken ministers of order resembles other high-profile cases, for example, in Tomsk, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, and other cities. Four Stavropol policemen today received from three and a half to six years in prison.
