Alas, the opposition under political affairs, today brought not only good news . The Moscow City Court was in custody of Mikhail Kosenko , who was passing in the "swamp business" . The court rejected the complaint of Kosenko’s lawyers against the decision of the lower court, which previously decided to extend the arrest of the accused before April 6.

Kosenko, a disabled person of the second group, in a recent letter from his mother complained that the administration of the investigative isolator for some reason replaced the drug, which he regularly took 10 years, by another medicine, as a result of which, according to the prisoner, he "feels not very well (softly expressing)."
Kosenko’s lawyer Elena Lipzer drew attention to the fact that her client does not have a passport, and in addition, Kosenko is a very poor person, lives on disability, therefore it is extremely unlikely that, being free, he would have fled from justice (if in this case we can talk about justice). The court, however, did not heed the arguments of the defense.
