"Let's say that we hanged myself, my conscience tortured"
November 2010. At night, again I woke me up:
- Dress yourself.
What is it? I got dressed. They lead me to the investigation room, went into the office and was speechless. Borodin was sitting at the table ( according to Ryabtsev, investigator. - _ approx. Ed. ), Andrei Bykov rose from the chair to meet me (_drih Ryabtsev, member of the gang of Tsapkov. - Approx. Ed. ). Of course, I was glad to see him, a lump rolled up to his throat. We hugged a fraternally. The view, probably, was embarrassed.
“Glad to see you, bro,” said Andrei.
“And I'm glad to see you.”
- Relax, the main thing is that we are still alive. Do you know that Ivanova and Karpenko ( members of the Tsapkov gang who died in a pre -trial detention center at the investigation stage. - Approx. Ed. ) Already no longer alive?
“No,” I was amazed and looked at Borodin, he nodded. I immediately remembered how he told me: "Glory, let's say that we hanged themselves, my conscience tortured." I asked Andrei how this happened.
“I don’t know, bro, hanged themselves, they say,” he also looked at Borodin.
- Okay, sit down, drink.
On the table was vodka and a snack. I could not understand what all this means, why did Borodin bring us? Just like that? It is unlikely. <...> We drank, lit a cigarette. Neither I nor Andrei smoked in the wild, now they looked at each other in surprise. <...> Andrey smiled.
- How is health, Glory? Did you get too?
- Yes, bro, it was fun.
We talked about our families, he has two sons, I have three. <...> drank more.
“Glory,” Borodin began, “you told me that if you had not participated in the attempt on Kadyan, you would be killed.” I specially brought you to Andrei to clarify this detail. <...> Is that true?
“Yes, really,” I answered, looking at Andrei.
- Andrey, what do you say? - Borodin asked him.
Bykov lit a cigarette, deeply dragged on, he was in no hurry to answer. The face shows that there is a struggle in it. <...> I understood that he would burn the tsapka as much as possible with his testimony. <...> The pause dragged on. He exhaled smoke <...> and began:
- Glory, and you, and I made a pre -trial announcement. Borodin says you and I will get a short time. You understand that I, like you, signed the testimony without looking. They will not give Sergey the pre -trial, he can get lifelong. Let's not turn back <...> this topic. I respect you fraternally, but Seryoga too. Therefore, do not be offended by me, I will answer simply "I do not remember."
Borodin broke into a smile.
“Okay, I understand you, Andrey, then I will ask the question differently,” I said. - Did I have a choice? Could I refuse to participate in the attempt and murder of Kadyan? Could I influence the situation somehow?
“No,” Andrei answered, “you had no choice, let's better drink.”
Then we talked a little: he was sitting in an IVS floor below. <...> He told how he was tortured, about the same way as mine, only he also got in Krasnodar. Borodin called the guide, Andrei took the first.
- You now understood Bykov’s position? Tsapok will not be slandered either, so humble yourself and stop fighting windmills, we do not need inconsistencies in the testimony.
“You heard that he said that I had no choice?”
- Well, I heard, so what? It is important what is written in his testimony, and not what he said. <...>
The next day, some two investigators came from me to take testimonies from me on the fact of an attempt on Strokun. Of course, they already had a version of the testimony. I got acquainted with the protocol of my interrogation. I read that in 2008 I took out a weapon that Tsapok was handed over to me from the cache that was at work - three pistols. He brought him to his home to Kushchevka, on the orders of Tsapk, where the tsapok and the rest changed into the form of the guards and took weapons from me, after which we discussed the plan of the seizure of Strokun. <...> I drove everyone and landed on the outskirts of the village, near the sunflower field, then went to the place indicated to me with a trial. Wait for me to be given a car. Bykov is also with me. After a short expectation, Strokuna drove up. Tsapok came out of her and told us with Bykov to follow him. <...> On the way, Strokun escaped from the car, a miracle fell out of the trunk of his own car. We all rushed in search of Strokun, did not find. Then they gathered together at the Tsapk house, where I became aware that Tsapok wanted to kill Strokun and burn in a pre -prepared pit. I was handed over to the Saiga gun, I believe, belonging to Strokun, so that I will hide it in the caches along with pistols.
Very interesting. All this, of course, is well written, if not for one “but”. According to the investigation and previously signed by me, Tsapok gave me the listed weapons only in the spring of 2010, where the Saiga gun was already located, which is true, and I do not deny it. While I could get something from the caches in 2008, if in my testimony, neatly compiled by caring investigators, my caches appeared only in 2010? <...> But, it seems, the investigators do not confuse such contradictions - and so it will do, Glory will sign it. Of course, I sign, since they do not care - even more so. <...> One more episode, one less, what's the difference. If only they did not take to Disneyland to the guys cheerful ( as Ryabtsev calls the IVS in Vladikavkaz. - Approx. Ed. ). <...> Still, it is right that I was hiding for two months from the investigation,-escaped many questions. For example, Bykov, at our meeting, without hesitation, Borodin, told how for a long time he was convinced by our friends with an accent that he killed the head of the administration. And he says - not me and that's it.
- Well, how not you? Of course you! <...> Prove that not you.
- So, then, under investigation, I was in a pre -trial detention center for hooliganism, in the cell.
- Here, damn it, the infection, proved.
In short, the investigation is conducted by the kolobok. <...>
"Boys, what are you doing?"
2006. A year after the attempt on Kadyan. The phone calls, according to the melody, this is a tsapok. I am at once not good only from this call.
- drive up to Bykov by 21.00. Dress in sporting, understand? <...>
Something will be directly deja vu-there will be something: Sergey often reminded of Kadyan again. <...> Especially now, for a whole year I have been working as a driver-guard at Tsapk. I saw enough enough. He solves any issues at any level. The head of the RUBOP wanted to drive out of work, so Sergey solved his problem with one phone call. <...> And now I only call him Sergey Viktorovich. He likes him very much. We have to adapt. I went to Bykov in the house. <...>
“Here, take it,” Tsapok handed me a sawn -off shotgun. “There are two cartridges in the barrel, for more,” he handed me two rounds. - We are going to Kadyan together, I will be driving, I will land you and I will wait. You and Andrei will climb into the courtyard to him and you will wait for him to return home. How to go into the yard, Glory, Vali him, I want you to do it. Shoots twice, reload the gun and shot two more times. There should be no misfire. In case you, Glory, will begin to turn on your brains and invent something, Andrei will go with you. Hold on, - he handed Andrei a gun. “You understand me well, Glory?”
- Yes, I understood everything, Sergey, - of course, damn it, I understood <...>: I will get it - Bykov will fill me up. <...> Andrei's face was impenetrable. How I am annoyed by his puppy loyalty to the back of her. It seems that we are in good relations with him, even my life saved me then, in 2004, but on the direct order of the Tsapk will fill me up without hesitation. What kind of person?
“Kadyan lives with a grandmother, if she suddenly comes out, Vali and her,” Sergey continued.
What happened next, I remember, as in a dream, some excerpts. As they arrived, I do not recall. Then I sit in the courtyard of the house of Kadyan, it was dark <...> Andrei was attached from behind, I don’t know, specifically or just like that. We are silent, you can’t speak, the dog will begin to bark, and what to talk about? I was in a half -seal state. What am I doing here? I was frantically looking for a way out. It was dry in the throat. I will not kill him, Andrei will kill me. Kadyan will still be killed, now or later. But immediately I understand that I am looking for an excuse. It turns out that I value my life more expensive. But consciousness is looking for a way out and screams that my death will not save him. It’s good if they fill me up immediately, and if they let me see what will happen to my family? Kadyan seems to be not married, and he has no children. <...> Why did I come across such a choice? Who am I to lose his life? The course of my thoughts was interrupted by the sound of a car that stopped near the house, a gate opened, Andrei pushed me behind: “Let's go.”
I got up, saw him and quickly approached him, but I already knew that I would not kill him. The plan has ripened in an instant. I raised a cut and shot at point -blank, but to the left of his right shoulder, by. My calculation was simple. I hoped that he would turn and run. Andrei is behind, I bother him, and he will not have time to do anything. But Kadyan froze and did not move. I mentally shouted to him: “Run”, but he stood as if they were dug. I could not shoot that Andrei did not kill us both. I shot again, this time in his forearm, in the hope that the instinct of self -preservation would take him from a stupor. But he continued to stand and suddenly said:
- Boys, what are you doing?
Everyone, his words mentally killed me. I lowered the cut. I remembered the instructions of Tsapk and remembered that I had to reload and shoot again now. I did not care.
“Fight,” I heard Andrei. I closed my eyes and waited. I heard a shot. <...> Kadyan lay on the ground. Andrei has already opened the gate: "We are leaving, leaving, what are you standing?"
<...> When the three of them were driving in the car, I did not hear what the Tsapok and Bykov talked about. I thought about what happened, what I did. <...>
“What are you hanging, bro,” Tsapok turned to me. - Everything is fine, Andrei says you are well done, he was well held. <...> And what did not reload something?
Andrei answered for me:
- Seryoga, but it would be a long time, I would suddenly ran Kadian, I decided not to pull. - Andrei buried me, said nothing to the clause.
- The trunk sorry for the storm, but okay, I will buy a new one. - the voice of the Tsapka was happy. “With the baptism of you, bro,” and pushed me in the shoulder.
"Business Tsapka developed successfully - he became a deputy"
The end of 2006. I don't like working as a Dsapka driver. Of course, expensive restaurants, a good car, girls and all that. It would seem, what else do you need? I don't like the role of Chaldea. Tsapk already has royal manners, you must constantly flatter him and serve. <...> Yes, and he leads the bad conversations, it seems to me that he thinks that I am eager to be a regular killer. And such a prospect, to put it mildly, does not insert me. I do not ask for money, unlike the rest. Therefore, at my leisure I open a private security agency to have my own income. He set the director, a good, responsible man, as expected, a former cop. They worked cleanly, there were no problems with customers. Still, I had authority, and the majority of businessmen knew me personally and from the good side. My Chop began to profit. Dervapka did not like it terribly. His business also developed successfully, even very. He becomes a deputy. By a happy chance, the Tsapok is bought by a collective farm in Art. Leningradskaya. <...> And there the second wife with a child lives with me. And just Tsapok raises his head, to whom to entrust the steering wheel of this collective farm.
“Sergey,” I tell him, “I want to work in Leningradskaya, otherwise I rarely see my family.” <...>
- And what, you, perhaps, can handle it, let's dare, but look, Glory, the demand will be as an understanding, understand? - said the people's chosen one. <...>
So I became the director of LLC Yugagrotechniki. The dream came true, damn it, I dumped from Kushchevka. Of course, the load is rather big: 7 thousand ha of arable land, 120 people team. But this does not scare me, and if it scares me, then less than running with a gun and cleaning the objectionable to our deputy.
<...> I have gripped more or less calmly. He stopped going to Kushchevka. Meanwhile, Tsapok convincingly asked me to rewrite my chop to his wife. I rewrote, of course. <...> I open the chop in Leningradskaya, a jewelry store and a pawnshop. Three firms earned quickly. I preferred to hide their belonging to me from Tsapk, I did not want to re -register again. Now I am in the very ears and it has become more fun. <...>
Spring 2010. I was called up to Tsapok to Kushchevka to his home.
“You will go to one person and take him a bag, there are weapons: three pistols with silencers, a machine gun and“ Saiga ”, bury it all somewhere in your fields, but look not to rust,” he said, as soon as we greeted when meeting.
-And what, you can’t bury him somewhere in Kushchevka? Why take him to Leningrad? - I really did not want to take it.
- Do not smartize, but do what I say, do not turn on your brains. Is the task clear? <...>
No, I don’t understand, he has 15 thousand hectares of arable land in Kushchevka, why have nowhere to hide? Well, this is evidently wedges him that I am somewhere away from their affairs.
“Well, I’ll go and take it now,” I agreed. I did it. At work, I in one of the forest belts, I buried it. <...> Tsapok called in the summer.
- Bring Kalash with shops. <...>
- Only him? - I wanted to get rid of the bag.
“Yes, only him,” he turned off.
I drove, dug up the machine gun and took it to the backyard. There was already Alekseev Vova.
The three of us went out into the street, I took out a bag from the trunk and handed it over to her bag. He threw the bag in the back seat of his jeep and sat on the front, passenger. Vova got behind the wheel. Now he works instead of me as a Dzapka driver.
“Sit down, Glory, you’ll go with us,” Tsapok said. <...> This is the number! And where do they take me? The mood of the Tsapka seems to be good, but you never know what? I will not be surprised at anything. <...> drove up to the grove. <...>
- I want to try it, but to show it.
<...> Tsapok skillfully fastened the store to the machine and twisted the shutter. He shot several times single, then let the short lines on the bottle, devastating the store.
- Vova, I realized how? Asked Tsapok.
- Yes, I understand, Sergey Viktorovich.
- Then on, try <...>. Do you want to try?
“No, no, I’ll look better,” I answered. <...>
“Glory, the barrel will remain from me until it is necessary to take it away,” Tsapok said, turning to me. <...> I have not seen this machine anymore.
November 2010.
“That's how it was, Vitaly Alexandrovich,” I told Borodin. - What are you writing in my testimony? What I knew who they want to kill. I did not know anything then, took the machine gun and took it. I learned about the attempt on Begidzhanov from investigators.
“And what, did you suspect that they could kill someone from this machine?” <...> This is a useless conversation, do you want to convince me that you are a victim of circumstances? I am a different opinion about you. Yes, and the testimony of Tsapka and Vova talk about the same.
<...> Borodin again walked around the office, immediately lit a second cigarette after he extinguished the first.
“That's what I wanted to talk about with you, Glory.” You have concluded a pre -trial agreement, do you know what will happen if you start to refuse your testimony in court?
- No, but you, Vitaly Alexandrovich, are sure that you will definitely tell me about it. “How does he infuriate me, damn it.”
“Of course, I’ll tell you, I don’t want you to make a big mistake.” <...> If you abandon your testimony at the trial, then your case will be considered in the general manner and then you will not pass a life sentence. If you later refuse to testify against your accomplices, then your sentence will be canceled and your punishment will be revised, again not for the better, so hold on the position that you have now chosen.
“Which you imposed on me,” I said.
- I have done a lot for you, Glory.
- That's for sure. It turns out that I must admit everything that you pay me, and then, including what my fault is. <...> And even if I start saying something, I will simply be convicted by primary indications?
- That's right.
- And if I say that the primary readings were received under torture?
- Nobody will believe you, practice shows that those who say that they were beaten and forced to give false testimony, just laugh at the trial. Therefore, it is useless. <...>
- Okay, but what about the fact that the Gurov brothers first admitted in the murder of ametovs? They didn’t torture them either? They just took on 12 killed people and went through the testimony on the spot, telling and showing how they killed everyone?
- Nobody will remember this, and you never know why they stipulated themselves? Maybe you were buried, ”he smiled. <...> - Yes, by the way, you have a task. You must write letters to the victims.
- What?
- <...> Ask people forgiveness, repent, describe the circumstances of the crimes and the like.
- For what? Yes, I don’t even remember what in my protocols, I, in fact, did not read them. <...>
- Vyacheslav, only a dull pencil can be worse than a bad memory. <...>
I remembered this phrase, and in the future I have more than once I had the opportunity to make sure of its accuracy.
I wrote letters as I could, but Borodin did not like them - I differed much with the version of the investigation, and, as I understand it, they stayed with him.
"If you refuse to testify, or change them, you will get lifelong"
2012. I opened my eyes in my single cell in a pre -trial detention center in Krasnodar. It is about eighty meters two and a half meters. And in it there is a sink, a table, a toilet. You can only walk along it sideways. <...> began to think about yesterday's conversation with Borodin. He took me to a pre -trial detention center, apparently, his long hands. My accomplices, who are now in the court, abandoned all their testimonies and stated that all the testimonies were received under torture and openly accuse Borodin of this. He was more outraged not by the fact that he was accused of authorizing torture, but by the fact that they embellish them.
I'm not scared.
He asked.
Kapets. Very unpleasant type.
Flagg.
And what?
He asked.
