And it happens that a quick -tempered tanker with strong fingers strangles a Chechen, after he is sentenced, after many years he will be released and dies in broad daylight in the center of Moscow - and this is also a war, although not so obvious. Then a person declared a killer is judged by an article punishing for murder - and here it is not easy to discover signs of a civil war, but this is also it. And the point is not that a Chechen is sitting in the dock, and the tanker belonged to the title nation, although this is an important detail. However, the circumstances accompanying the process, which has already grown into a full scandal.

The state set itself the task of condemning a person named Yusup Temerkhanov. He was detained, concluded in a pre -trial detention center, he is charged with the motive of a crime, which only at first impression sounds wildly: hatred of the social group "military personnel". According to investigators, unknown people belonging to this group, otherwise the federals, in 2000 burned the father of Temerkhanov alive, and now he decided to avenge them, focusing on the personality of Yuri Budanov - the “brightest”, as the prosecutors, the representative of this group formulate. The colonel did not participate in the murder of Temerkhanov Sr., but paid for the entire army (as he had previously paid for it, having settled the deadline)-the investigators believe. The version is logical in its own way. In war as in war.

However, the version of Murad Musaev, a lawyer Temerkhanov, is also logical in its own way. He claims that the innocent sits on the bench, and the case is falsified. In his lawyer's “ diary ”, Musaev describes the course of the process, without choosing expressions at all. The security forces calls the "scoundrels." The press attache of the SKR Markin offers to the choice to admit herself as a "liar" or trade unprofitable. Pimanova calls the famous leading guest program "Man and Law" "Pimanova". And, summarizing, leaning to the idea that the opponents of the defense "it seems, they have finally survived from the mind."

So, during the investigation it turns out that the key witness in the Temerkhanov case did not recognize: the killer, according to his testimony, was a fair -haired man (however, with the help of a wig a brunette easily turns into a blond) and below the growth (but this feature of appearance is more difficult to change). Nevertheless, the court did not show interest in his testimony, and when he, with the money of lawyers, flew to Moscow for the first time, the interrogation was postponed, while the witness at the Domodedovo airport was detained by some people in civilian clothes. The second time he registered on a flight in Barnaul and disappeared again. When an eyewitness finally appeared in court, the first thing was asked about the money from the defenders, who were soon accused of bribery and threats. A little later, a similar story happened with another witness, who also did not recognize Killer in Temerhanov. Finally, on February 13, the Moscow City Court dismissed the jury collegium that Musaev commented briefly and categorically: "Our opponents are panties! .."

What kind of war is? Yes, all the same, Russian-Chechen, only in other conditions. Behind the backs of the investigators, the state, its unique style, is guessed. They judge Temerkhanov in the same way as they fought: stupidly, cruelly, using an overwhelming advantage in combat, so to speak, strength and equipment. Behind Musaev’s back, as in some of his previous processes (in the case of Ulman, in the case of the murder of Politkovskaya), Ramzan Kadyrov is expected.

The one that nine years ago, when they tried to free Budanov for the first time, called the upcoming pardon “a spit into the soul of the Chechen people”, promising that in which case “we will find the opportunity to give him merits,” and Budanov remained in the zone. The one that in December 2008, when the Dimitrovgrad City Court again decided to release a tankman, organized a spontaneous demonstration under the slogans of the type “We are upset by Russian law!”, Which at first glance seemed delicate. The one that after the final liberation of Budanov named him by the enemy of the people of Chechnya, a schizophrenic and a killer. In fact, the Kadyrov, who is worse than the ten Budanovs, embodies a long, desperate dream of Chechens: a dream of retaliation. This does not mean that he gives orders, but the war is spilled in the air, and the murder on Komsomolsky Prospekt, for which Temerhanov is judged today, is one of the episodes of this endless massacre.

The Chechens, who are obviously weaker, have their own style of war. Ramzan is friends with Vladimir Vladimirovich, not tired of admiring them and quietly solving the problem. Lawyer Musaev with maximum stiffness appears in the courts, attracting the press to the allies. And as long as a national oriented mass, and not realizing what we did in Chechnya, mutters his slogans like "stop feeding the Caucasus", the lawyer Musaev actively protects his everywhere where he can. Including suspects of the murder of Politkovskaya, who at one time achieved the impossible: the crushed love of Chechens and joint hatred from the Kremlin, the Russian army and Kadyrov. And God himself ordered Temerkhanov to protect him, for in Chechnya he is considered a folk hero. Like Kaloev in Ossetia.

This continues this little victorious war, long declared dead. But she lives and breathes, overtaking and killing victims and executioners, and they are already so mixed that it is difficult to understand who the executioner is and who is the victim. She killed Budanov and drove Temerkhanov to prison, and go sort it out whether he shot at the colonel or not. She holds the country by the throat, manifesting itself in every way, in the terrorist attacks of local significance and mass fights, in the detention of hundreds of nameless Islamist-excesses and in a loud murder, which, with all the desire, cannot be called mysterious. Death in war is ordinary.
