In the Chelyabinsk region, where cellular communications were partially lost due to an explosion in the sky, emergency internet roaming will be activated in the near future. According to Roskomnadzor, there is currently no connection in the 2G and 3G networks of one of the region’s operators. It is noted that wired communications and broadband access (broadband access) operate as standard.

Roskomnadzor asks residents of the region, in order to avoid increasing the load on operators included in emergency roaming, not to make calls unless absolutely necessary.

This morning, at about 9 o'clock, residents of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions witnessed a bright flash and a fiery trail in the sky.
