“They can kidnap me too”

Activist Filipp Galtsov asked for political asylum in Ukraine, fearing arrest - in his confession, Leonid Razvozzhaev pointed to him as one of the organizers of the riots on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, writing about the “anarchist column led by Philip Galtsov”

It all started on October 25, 2012, when three employees of Center E without documents broke into my house, tied me up, dragged me into a car, threatened; the car stopped near the forest, I got a few blows. Then they brought me to the Investigative Committee, dragged me for interrogation, no lawyer.

Interrogated by investigator Timofey Grachev - about May 6, Razvozzhaev, Lebedev and Udaltsov. I refused to speak, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution. The investigator himself hit me in the face several times. At the same time, four operatives of the Center “E” were present at the interrogation, who also, if they did not like something from what I was saying, hit me on the back: “Now we will take you out to the forest, we will talk to you there or we will take you to Petrovka , we will issue you participation in the riots. As I understand it, they wanted me to tell them that everything said in “Anatomy of Protest-2” is true, that Razvozzhaev started the riots, Lebedev ordered him, Udaltsov carried out ...

The words from Razvozzhaev's “surrender to confession”, in particular, that I “led a column of anarchists” consisting of a hundred people and moved it against the cops, have nothing to do with real events. I did not walk in any "anarchist column" at all, I walked in the column of the Russian Socialist Movement. But earlier I was in the Left Front and knew Razvozzhaev. Why he indicated me in the “appearance”, I honestly cannot understand.

After the interrogation, during November-December, employees of the Center “E”, the FSB, the district police officer came to me at the place of registration several times ... I already lived in another place, fearing that I would be suddenly arrested. After I left, my parents' house was searched again. Recently, they pulled my grandmother out for interrogation - some two people came and asked: “Where is Philip, where is Philip?” She said that she did not know, and she was taken to the local investigation department in the city of Balashikha, where I lived.

On the morning of January 20, I went by car to Minsk, and from there by train to Kyiv. Now I am a refugee claimant. I have information that I was secretly put on the federal wanted list. Already here, in Ukraine, very strange events are taking place. On February 6, when I went for a certificate from the migration service, three strange men followed me, who herded me straight to the house. At the interview at the migration service about obtaining refugee status, I was asked strange questions. Do I know Razvozzhaev and Udaltsov? Did I throw stones on May 6th? This reminded me of the questions that investigator Grachev asked. Perhaps the Security Service of Ukraine has already received some kind of request from the FSB about me.

I'm afraid that they can kidnap me too, like Razvozzhaeva.
