The Basmanny Court of Moscow placed Konstantin Lebedev, a defendant in the Anatomy of Protest-2 case , who was previously in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center, under house arrest. On February 9, another defendant in this case, politician Sergei Udaltsov, was placed under house arrest.
The investigators decided to transfer Leonid Razvozzhaev to Moscow from Irkutsk, where he was taken in the case of the theft of fur hats . Until the transfer order reached the Irkutsk pre-trial detention center, according to lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky, Razvozzhaev was placed in a cell located in the basement of the pre-trial detention center. Along with him there is a mentally ill prisoner.
