In the village of Obukhovo near Noginsky, a concrete corpse of a deputy of the Lipetsk city assembly of Mikhail Pakhomov was found in a barrel. The Investigative Committee assured that Pakhomov was killed.
The police announced the murder of the deputy a day earlier and even announced the alleged location of the corpse - in the village of Vorovsky near Obukhov - however, the Investigative Committee then denied the message of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The department noted that the application for the murder of the deputy was then not confirmed.
The deputy of the Lipetsk City Council, Mikhail Pakhomov, was abducted by unknown on February 12 - several citizens saw him forcibly pushed into the car. At the scene later, his phone was found. On February 15, near Kashira, the police stopped the car in which the case was discovered with Pakhomov’s personal things - including with his passports and laptop.
February 17, Sunday, investigators detained 11 people. Yesterday they were charged with abduction of a person, after the deputy’s body is discovered, the case will be retrained. The alleged customer of the crime, the former deputy minister of housing and communal services of the Moscow Region Yevgeny Kharitonov, was removed from the flight to Krasnodar in Sheremetyevo. However, if Kharitonov left his post, then not so long ago: on the website of the Government of the Moscow Region, he is still a deputy minister . The Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities Polit.ru refused to explain the situation.
Nothing is reported about the cause of the conflict between Kharitonov and Pakhomov. It is known that Pakhomov was one of the richest people in the region, headed the re -division of the “Rossiya Russia”, was a member of the regional coordination council of the All -Russian Popular Front. In 2011, he advanced from United Russia to the State Duma, but was in an impassable position.
In the early 2000s, according to Kommersant, Pakhomov was the financial director of Lipetskspirtprom, a branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosspirtprom. The main activity of Pakhomov from 2003 to 2011, according to the publication, was the leadership of Liter, which was engaged in the repair and construction of railways, however, is not always successful. "Letter" appears in messages for 2010 on the failure of the construction of transport infrastructure for the Tomsk special economic zone. The authorities of the Tomsk region complained that the construction was carried out greatly from the schedule, because the “letter” did not pay with the subcontractor, although the Tomsk region transferred all the money on time. As a result, in August 2012, the bankruptcy procedure of Transhimproduct began, the successor of Liter.
The murder of a deputy in Russia is not so rare. Even members of the State Duma are not protected-for more than a 20-year history of the modern Russian parliament, 9 of its members were killed-and four killings were never disclosed.
Andrey AizerjisIn 1994, in the first year of the existence of the Duma, two deputies were killed. On April 26, deputy Andrei Aizerdzis was killed in Khimki from a pump gun. The investigation established the executor of the murder, as well as his accomplices. However, they are still hiding. On February 1, 1995, the deputy from the LDPR Sergey Skrechkin was stolen in the suburbs, the body with a disfigured face was found the next day. According to investigators, Skrechkin was killed by an entrepreneur who bought a vodka factory from him in the Nizhny Novgorod region, but did not give all the laid money. The court, however, abolished the conviction three times, and then the case was closed behind the expiration of the statute of limitations.
Sergey SkrechkinIt is interesting that the year before his murder, Skrechkin himself almost ended up in the bench of the defendants for the execution of two people. The investigation suspected that he killed two people from the Kalashnikov assault rifle as a result of a household quarrel. The deputy himself spoke of self -defense. The State Duma, however, did not withdraw inviolability from him, so the investigation could not go too far.
Deputy Sergei Markidonov during the 1995 election campaign was killed by his own guard, who was very drunk at that moment. After the completion of the murder, the criminal decided to shoot himself.
In December 1996, a deputy from the Communist Party Yuri Polyakov disappeared in the Kuban, in the collective farm he headed by him, when he was from the Board of the Board to his home. The investigation was confident that in the abduction activists of the local Cossack movement were to blame - the centurion Damanin and Esaul Trifonov. Their guilt, however, was not proved. After the massacre in the village of Kushchevskaya, at the request of the Communist Party, the Investigative Committee took up the rechecking of the case file, but it was not possible to find anything new.
Galina StarovoitovaOn December 20, 1998, one of the most high -profile murders of the State Duma deputies occurred. In St. Petersburg, near its apartment, Galina Starovoitov was killed. According to investigators, members of the “Tambov” criminal group became the executors of the crime - they managed to prove their guilt in court. The customer of the crime, however, could not be calculated.
On the morning of August 21, 2002, during a walk with the dog, State Duma deputy Vladimir Golovlev was killed. The crime remained unsolved, however, many called the cause of the murder a deputy’s statement regarding the investigation of the privatization process in the Chelyabinsk region and calling it to the prosecutor's office. Golovlev said that "he would pull many along."
Sergey YushenkovOn April 17, 2003, deputy Sergei Yushenkov was killed near his own house from the Makarov pistol. The parliamentarian was engaged in the creation of the Liberal Russia party and the investigation, and then the court, connected its murder with this activity - and the customer was called the Mikhail Kodanev close to Boris Berezovka. However, there is an alternative version of the murder: the former FSB lieutenant colonel Alexander Litvinenko said that Yushenkova was killed that he received from him “proof of the FSB involvement in the theater in the theater center on Dubrovka”. Litvinenko himself was killed in the fall of 2006 in London.
Ruslan YamadaevThe last murder of the State Duma deputy took place on September 24, 2008. At about 17:15 on the Smolenskaya embankment in the center of Moscow, a few hundred meters from the White House, a man approached a car who stopped at a traffic light and released about 20 bullets from the Stechkin pistol into a deputy. A year later, the investigation charged three residents of Chechnya, and in 2010 the court found them guilty. Immediately after the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev, a version appeared that the customer of the crime is Ramzan Kadyrov, who recently greatly enmity with the Yamadayev family. However, all aspects of the conflict refused to recognize this version.
In August 2011, a deputy of the local Legislative Assembly was killed near Chelyabinsk, and Vyacheslav Seredkin, the head of Chelyabinsenergosbyt, was part -time. The private house is located in the forest and is fenced around the perimeter, and the security, according to the police, existed only formally. The unknown penetrated the house, first tortured spouses, and then stabbed both. The police suggests that the deputy has become a victim of ordinary robbers. The investigation, however, has not yet led to anything.
Sometimes special services manage to prevent a crime. So, in early 2012, two local residents decided to kill the deputy of the regional parliament in the Kuban, since they "negatively related to his activities." In order to implement their plans, the criminals found Killer in Krasnodar, having also ordered him the murder of the owner of the enterprise, where one of the conspirators worked. Employees of the special services, however, learned about the impending attempt in advance and arrested two attackers.
