Kazansky railway station

Kazansky Station (formerly Ryazansky) connects Moscow with the cities of the Volga region, the Urals, Siberia, as well as with Central Asia. The station building was built on Kalanchevskaya (now Komsomolskaya) Square in 1862-1864 for the Ryazan Railway, and since 1894 also for the Kazan Railway. The construction of the modern building of the Kazan station began in 1913 and ended in 1940. The building was built in the neo-Russian style of A.V. Shchusev. He presented elongated buildings that accommodated rooms of various functions, in the form of volumes of different heights, widths and rhythms. The interior of the restaurant, decorated in the spirit of a refectory, was decorated with picturesque panels by E.E. Lanser, A.N. participated in the exterior and interior design of the building. Every day the station receives and dispatches more than 70 pairs of long-distance trains, about 200 pairs of electric trains and passes through thousands of people. There is crazy traffic in the morning and evening, it is on fire. It's beautiful there during the day. The station has its own life, there is beauty in it that needs to be seen, many pass by and do not notice it. For several days I walked there and tried to look at this station not from the side of a person who is going somewhere or waiting for someone, but from the side of an observer. Life at this station was interesting to me, because everywhere has its own life and its own atmosphere. Through the smoke (a lot of smoke and steam, I think it only makes this station more beautiful) I took a series of shots, I hope I was able to convey the atmosphere of this station and show its beauty.

After I filmed the fight, a policeman came up to me and asked me to delete the photos, since the station is a strategic site. I refused, he took me to the police room, I had to run away.
