TFR: The head of the Federal Agency for Rosrybolovy is lying

The TFR said that the head of Rosrybolovy Andrei extreme, suspected of an official forge, lied to the investigator during interrogation. The course of interrogation on Wednesday is described on the website of the department. According to the Investigative Committee, the extreme assured that he had not signed the order on the dismissal of his subordinate, who was detained for a bribe, just a personnel officer, in violation of official discipline, registered this document two days after the actual signing.

In confirmation of his words, the head of Rosrybolovstvo referred to the results of a certain official investigation on this fact, saying that according to the results of the audit, the personnel officer received a disciplinary sanction. Meanwhile, the investigation department says, this investigation began only after the SKR and the FSB began to check in the Federal Reservoir.

"I must say that the investigator did not particularly count on the sincere repentance and admission of the fault of the Mr. Extreme," the TFR reports. At the same time, the department states that even without the assistance of the suspect, he will be able to collect and procedurally consolidate the evidence enough to bring the charge in the near future.

The case under Part 1 of Article 292 of the Criminal Code against the head of Rosrybolovism was opened on February 15. The official faces up to two years in the colony. According to the investigation, on May 25, 2011, having received information that the head of the North-West Territorial Administration of his department, Sergei Muravyov, was detained in St. Petersburg when attempting to receive a bribe of 5 million rubles, ordered the official retroactively to dismiss the official. The corresponding order was dated May 23. As a result of this, Muravyov could avoid criminal liability for a bribe: if he was not an official at the time of the crime, his actions would have to be re -qualified for a less serious article - fraud. The TFR claims that the head of the Federal Agency for Rosrybolovy went to a forgery from personal interest.

Muravyov’s bribe was promised for appointing to a position in the structure of Rosrybolovstvo in the Novgorod region. The October Court of St. Petersburg at the meeting, as it is stopped, released the official on bail of 5 million rubles. In the future, new crimes committed by Muravyov were identified. He is accused of repeatedly receiving bribes totaling 26 million rubles and abuse of authority. The case against him is now considered by the court.
