Unicorn Pekhtin passes the mandate

The uninterum deputy Vladimir Pekhtin at a meeting of the State Duma announced the voluntary reservation of his deputy powers.

"I give up a mandate that I have always sought in an honest political struggle," said Pekhtin.

The struggle is obvious from the biography of Mr. Pekhtin.
