On the way to the generation of chip people
In November 2012, the public program "Childhood" was awarded the Crystal Horseshoe of the International Competition of Innovative Projects in the Social and Economic Sphere "Initiatives 2012". About “Childhood-2030”, project manager Alina Radchenko says: “We are accumulating the latest works of teachers, psychologists, sociologists, philosophers, a new concept of development and education is being created. <...> At a meeting in the European Parliament, experts in the field of childhood were surprised that in Russia has already taken a large-scale integrated approach."
Earlier, at the world exhibition of innovations "EXMO-2010" in Beijing, Russia presented the foresight project "Childhood 2030" as an innovative strategy for its own future. Now it can be stated that many of his ideas formed the basis of national educational policy. It is not surprising - among the project experts are employees of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Higher School of Economics, Moscow State University, State Duma deputies, members of the Public Chamber, representatives of UNICEF, Google, Skolkovo School of Management, academicians, professors, doctors of science, honored teachers of Russia. He is supported by such celebrities as doctor L. Roshal, TV star A. Wasserman, astrologer T. Globa, head of the “Smeshariki” project A. Prokhorov, director O. Tabakov.
The goal of the project is to prepare children for the challenges of the future. According to its authors, “Childhood 2030” is aimed at creating the conditions necessary for the formation of a future competitive generation, competent parenting, and the creation of effective educational communities.
However, if we put aside the pretentious phraseology, the image of the future of “advanced” Russia looks, to put it mildly, strange.
The concept of “Childhood 2030” recognizes the institution of the family as obsolete; moreover, it considers the family to be an obstacle to the development of the child. It is based on the assumption that parents, for the most part, do not love children, consider them a burden, impose unnecessary values on their children, do not know how to educate, and do not know how to educate. The authors of the project propose teaching children in special clubs under the guidance of mentors.
The fact that children should live in families, in their opinion, is a stereotype: “The family structure sharply inhibits the development of children. In developed countries, children grow up in a diverse environment of different educational communities.”
They include the statement “Parents love their children” as stereotypes. And they explain: “Expert surveys show that the real state of affairs is that parents are mostly indifferent to their children and perceive raising their child rather as a duty. ...more than 40% of children in Russia are born unplanned and unwanted by their parents."
The authors of “Childhood 2030” also reject the statement: “Children should share the values of their parents and their ideas about life,” believing that this “often leads to the fact that adults begin to prohibit children from new products and innovations that they cannot master themselves (new products in the field of modern technologies, innovations on the Internet, innovations in the field of computer games)".
It turns out that the main task of the new generation is to break with the traditions of their fathers and grandfathers. The project contains the thesis that from the age of 12 children can independently leave their parents. The approach is truly revolutionary, no doubt about it. And after all, no one in our history was declared “enemies of the people,” but the creators of “Childhood 2030” outdid everyone. They recognized adult Russians as the main reason for the permanent collapse of all the good undertakings of the authorities. For example, they believe that the plight of Russian children is the fault of parents who do not know how to earn money. It is the fault of the parents, and not the result of government policy, which leads to the fact that a family that decides to have a child throws itself below the poverty line.
The entire foresight project is built on the principles of this logic - cut off a head if you have a headache - and here it is brought to its apogee. It is proposed to completely abandon the spiritual heritage, reject the experience of older generations and raise children - “public property” - into a new people suitable for the great Russia. The authors of the project sadly note about today’s working-age population: “There’s nothing you can do about it...”
"Childhood 2030" contrasts the interests of children with the interests of other age groups. Quote one: “For Russia, the question of the redistribution of social wealth is one of the most important - will it be redistributed in favor of the elderly, and then you can become rich only in old age, working for it all your life, will it be concentrated in the middle generation (30-50 years), or will be redistributed in favor of childhood." Quote two: “The demographic situation requires radical measures to reduce the average age of the population. This does not mean that it is necessary to reduce the life expectancy of the population and kill the elderly. This means that a change in attitude towards the birth of children in society is necessary.” Such pearls are savage both in form (“does not mean killing old people”) and in content. Who do you need to be to imagine the happiness of children without the history and spiritual heritage of their ancestors, without everyday communication and life together with their parents?
As the finale of the transformations, the “Road Map” of “Childhood 2030” predicts in the next decade and a half the introduction of robotic children into society for the development of systems of competent parenting, programming the abilities and characteristics of children, increasing these abilities through genetic modification and chipization. All that the project, oozing with the poison of hatred, could generate was to present the innovative strategy of the future of Russia as a vigorously walking competitive generation of chip people, without national culture, spiritual roots and a traditional family. He just kept silent about those who are going to, having destroyed the rebellious “old Russia”, control this new generation in order to eat sweetly and sleep sweetly.
