On Wednesday at 15 o’clock, the Basmanny Court will consider the extension of the arrest of one of the defendants in the "Swamp case" Denis Lutskevich. It has been detained since June. Like most "prisoners of May 6", Lutskievich is accused under Part 2 of Art. 212 and Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (participation in the riots and the use of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities).

In January, Lutskevich filed a complaint with Strasbourg against illegal detention. Aleksey Troerin, who was passing in the case, as a victim, testified against Lutskevich, and then in an interview with Esquire said that he did not remember who had struck him. In October, Lutskievich submitted an application to the Investigative Committee on initiating a criminal case against Troerin for knowingly false denunciations and evidence.

Lutskevich, in a complaint to the European Court, claims that on May 6, 2012 he participated in a legal peaceful procession, did not violate the law, did not apply violence and did not call others to him. He reports that at least three police officers attacked him, one of whom began to beat him. The beating continued after Lutskievich fell to the ground. Then he was delivered to the Ostankino police department, from where he was transported to the Ambulance Research Institute. Sklifosofsky. On October 24, 2012, Denis Lutskievich filed an application with the Investigative Committee of the application of torture to him during detention.
