That is, it turned out that Navalny hides something, does not want to confirm that he is not at all a lawyer and his status is “fake”. The press release on this “hot” topic was posted on the SK website at 10.40, and a kind of “announcement” gave on his twitter ten minutes earlier by the official representative of the IC Vladimir Markin.

Very soon it turned out that Mr. Markin, to put it mildly, "got excited." Alexey Navalny said on his blog that his next interrogation was supposed to take place only at 12 o’clock, and the last time he was interrogated about a month ago in this case.

According to the SK, there is reason to recognize Navalny’s lawyer status - Navalny allegedly announced inaccurate information about the required legal experience at the time of submitting documents to the qualification commission of the Kirov Region Law Chamber. According to the investigation, being both deputy general director and general director of Allekt LLC for legal issues, Alexei Navalny “appointed himself as a leader and a deputy”. In addition, the UK claims that at the time of introducing the appropriate position to the work book of Navalny, this company did not exist. A handwriting examination was also carried out, which revealed that the signature of the personnel department of the personnel department of LLC Allekt was set by another person. “Thus, the investigation came to the conclusion that the information presented by A. Navalny in the qualification commission of the Law Chamber of the Kirov Region regarding his experience in a legal specialty for more than two years are inaccurate,” the Investigative Committee concluded.

Navalny explains on his blog that the press release is essentially literally repeating what has already been said in the NTV Extraordinary Program, which came out two days ago. The said in this program, in turn, repeats the insinuations of Konstantin Goloskov, a member of the “ours” movement, who on February 22 on his blog expressed doubts about the legality of Alexei Navalny's receipt of lawyer status.

In any case, the investigation should have contacted the Russian Law Chamber, make an idea there in order to verify the legality of receipt by Navalny's lawyer status. According to the head of the Russian Bar Chamber, Henry Reznik, the UK has not yet contacted the lawyer’s chamber.
