After this appointment of a “equal” struggle, it is no longer going on, which, of course, once again casts doubt on the very possibility of “free will of citizens”. And how else, when six months before the election, a certain future candidate receives all the powers of the governor, the entire power of the administrative resource in the region? And this man is the one who was appointed upstairs. That is, he is actually a protege for the local elite, and he has no problems with supporting the local vertical by definition.

Now these performing duties can, in fact, begin the election campaign. That is, get acquainted with voters, negotiate with municipalities and business, study the future of the “Electoral Bataly” field in all details. And all this now is not a violation of the law, but the performance of direct duties.
