On February 27, 2013, we have held another raid against traffic violators on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. We reckon the traffic police inspectors who often do not catch obvious violators. Almost a month ago, we shot a video about Ilya Reznik, who raced, smiling, by dividing, and stopping his IDPS, smiling in response, generously released the real chairman of the Public Council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The resonant video had fruit, and both "heroes", inspector and Reznik, were immediately punished. The IDPS was dismissed, Reznik was fined 500 rubles, and soon abandoned the chairmanship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, referring to the injury of the media.

Both he and many other flyers in the dividing strip consider their behavior the norm. The IDPS on duty there reluctantly slow down such drivers, not expecting anything good from communication. Everything changes when civil activists with video cameras are on duty nearby. Under fear of dismissal, and often encouraged by our presence and therefore the need to strictly follow the law, the inspectors boldly rush around the violators, quickly writing out the protocol and a fine of 500 rubles.

This time, a deputy of the Moscow City Duma, a member of the United Russia party, Ivan Novitsky, who tried to wrest a video camera from the operator and who was frantically indignant at our location and video shooting of a dividing strip. When communicating, the deputy showed illiteracy, the denial of the existence of traffic rules, and considered the dividing strip a dividing strip for the movement of its car.
