An administrative protocol was drawn up against the woman under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("Failure of parents to fulfill duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors"), and she was registered with the police department.
“Until all the circumstances of the incident are revealed, the boy will be in a social shelter,” the agency’s interlocutor added.
On Sunday, a 4-year-old baby was found on the street by a 17-year-old resident of Orenburg. The child could not say where he lived and where his parents were, so the girl called the police. The police did not receive any reports of a search for the child, so the boy was placed in the Luchik social shelter.
