One of the leaders of the Solidarity movement Ilya Yashin was interrogated in the Investigative Committee in a criminal case , initiated on the activist of the Left Front Leonid Razvoszhaev. The agenda, which the oppositionist received, stated that the investigation issues relate to the case of false denunciation - Razvozhaev claims that the Russian special services stole him in Kyiv and tortured him on the border of Ukraine and Russia, and then secretly delivered to the Lessa FSB prison. The security forces deny the fact of abduction and torture. Nevertheless, the investigator asked Yashin about something completely different.

Why, in the case of the supposedly false denunciation of Razvozhaev, a member of the Coordinating Council of the opposition was called for interrogation, Publicpost was told by the lawyer of Razvozzhaev Dmitry Agravsky and Ilya Yashin himself.

"I do not understand why I was interrogated in this case, I have nothing to do with the criminal case, initiated against Defzzzhaev.

The issues of investigator Nikitin concerned only my political statements and the requirements of introducing various investigators to the Magnitsky List. They were also interested in the question: "What is the coordination council of the opposition?" As it turned out, they carefully study all the meetings of the Constitutional Court and especially the statements of the KS. Apparently, they were interested in a number of statements, and in this way, having called for interrogation, they want to clarify for themselves what kind of statements are.

Despite the fact that the questions were not in the case of Razvozhaev, everything was officially organized - the protocol was conducted, questions were asked, the investigator tried to take a non -disclosure subscription from me. Of course, I refused to give it. I do not know what it will turn out for me, but I regard it as pressure so that I no longer make calls about entering a "list of magnetic" investigators. This is my conclusion from the interrogation.

The investigator was quite amorphone, he is engaged in particularly important matters, and then he is forced to engage in some kind of gallest, forced to interrogate me. At the end of the interrogation, investigator Nikitin said that he did not exclude my re -call on this case, since it was not satisfied with my answers. "

"The logic of the UK is this: they deny the fact of the abduction and torture of Razvozhaev, so they consider any conversations about the abduction as consistent people. And this despite the fact that Ukraine conducts an investigation on this fact, the ECHR has taken our statement about the abduction and took emergency measures of reaction exactly on the basis of the documents that I had here, in Russia, the investigator generally refused to watch. All the materials that I wanted to want. To present in the case of Razvozhaev, the investigation refused to consider, while stating that the audit was carried out completely.

Razvoszhaev himself in this case was not interrogated with lawyers, although perhaps in Irkutsk they interrogated without our participation.

Ilya doesn’t go on this matter any side, I would even joke that, of course, by the complexion, Ilya looks like an investigator, whom Debvozhaev accused of torture, but nothing more.

When this happens when a person is called in one case, and interrogated in another way, after that he can write a complaint to the prosecutor’s office on all legal grounds, and she recognizes this interrogation illegal. And if the UK does not meet opposition in the form of complaints - of course it will advance. This is not a bad UK, this is how our systems and counterweight systems work. You have to fight for your rights.

I consider the "list of Magnitsky" an abuse of justice, they also bring people there, in respect of whom there are no court decisions that have entered the force. But to discuss the "list of Magnitsky" and demand someone to include there is no crime. Everyone has the right to do this. Just in case, I want to note that we (I and Leonid) do not want anyone and do not urge to include in our case in this list. "
