Peskov: salaries in the Kremlin are doubled

Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed information about almost two times raising salaries to employees of the government and the presidential administration, published by Forbes, and connected it with the abolition of a number of benefits for officials. "The list of medical care services has been reduced, in addition, a whole category of preferential prices for use by employees of various holiday houses, sanatoriums and other facilities has disappeared," Peskov said in an interview with Business FM.

He noted that there was an "equalization of a salary of salaries in the power block."

According to Forbes, Vladimir Putin almost doubled the employees of his administration from September 1, equalizing a similar level to the salaries of military personnel. This "produced the effect of an exploding bomb in the government." Since November, the employees of the government apparatus "by default" began to pay instead of five salaries on a monthly manner about twenty.

In November, a decree was adopted to increase the salaries of government officials. At the same time, each position in the apparatus was equal to the military to the level lower than in the presidential administration. If the deputy heads of the administration equated to the deputy minister of defense, then the deputy head of the apparatus - to the director of the department of the military department.

According to Forbes, if earlier the director of the department, excluding quarterly bonuses, which amounted to about two salaries, received 125 thousand rubles a month, then from January 1 he began to earn 300-330 thousand rubles excluding prizes. The salary of the deputy head of the department increased from 100 to 250 thousand rubles. The assistant Deputy Prime Minister instead of 70-90 thousand now receives 190 thousand rubles. But the difference in the status between the administration and the apparatus remains - in the administration of the president of the salary several tens of thousands higher.

As a result, according to an employee of the apparatus, by the New Year, all vacancies in the government apparatus, which were about 15 percent, were staffed.

In addition, the class rank, which is assigned to each official, is now equated with military rank. For example, actual first -class advisers are equal to the army generals.

In December, deputies of the State Duma from United Russia prepared a bill on raising salaries to employees of the Investigative Committee. The bill was proposed to increase the cash content of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee by a phased increase in the amount of the surcharge for special conditions of service: from January 1, 2013 - up to 100 percent of the official salary, from April 1, 2013 - up to 125 percent, from October 1, 2013 - up to 175 percent.

In addition, for persons replacing individual positions in the TFR, it is proposed to introduce the opportunity to establish a monthly monetary incentive from January 1, 2014. The president will be able to establish it. In particular, according to the bill, the deputy heads of the Investigative Committee can receive monetary encouragement in the amount of five salaries, senior assistants to the chairman of the department, the head of the Main Directorate and his deputy, as well as the senior investigator for especially important cases - up to four salaries, their assistants - up to three salaries.

According to the developers of the document, since 2012, active actions have been accepted in Russia to increase salaries in departments that carry out law enforcement functions. In particular, such an increase was made in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. From January 1, it is also extended to employees of all other law enforcement agencies and special services.
