On March 11, representatives of the guardianship authorities took Alexander Vlasov, a student of the 4th “a” class of the cadet school in Barnaul, directly from school. His sister Anastasia, a 3rd grade student at school No. 68, was picked up by her grandfather before her “guardians.”
The situation is this: the grandfather, Alexander Pavlovich Vlasov, is raising his grandson and granddaughter alone. The mother of these children has been in a mental hospital for a long time, the father has never cared for them. The grandfather says that he wanted to formalize guardianship, but this requires the father’s consent, which he did not give, because “at stake” is a two-room apartment (where, presumably, the children live).
