According to the plan of this action, passers-by were supposed to be interested in why little Roman, that was the child’s name, was in a crowded place completely alone. The activists themselves from the “Vzlyot” center “incognito” watched what was happening from a distance.

The Khabarovsk story with the “lonely boy” is very similar to this “live bait fishing” operation. I wonder which parent would give up their own child to conduct such a “social experiment”?! And why “experiment” on such young children, especially in the cold season?!
