“She was 52 years old and had been seriously ill in recent months,” they said on air. The time and place of the actress's funeral have not yet been determined.
Kazarinova played at the Taganka Theater ("The Blonde Around the Corner"), the Oleg Tabakov Theater Studio ("Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves", "The Hole", "Faith. Love. Hope"), the Sovremennik-2 Theater (" Shadow", "Augean Stables", "Anthony"), Moscow Art Theater ("Ivanov", "Mother-of-Pearl Zinaida"). The actress took part in the musicals “Nord-Ost” and “Mamma Mia!”.
It was reported that Elena Kazarinova suffered a stroke in November 2012, she underwent surgery, but was later diagnosed with acute leukemia.
