The widow of Sergey Magnitsky Natalya Zharyrikova filed an open letter to the participants in the process on charges of her husband of tax evasion. She asks them to refuse to participate in the "posthumous process of my husband, who is the desecration of his memory and blasphemy."

March 12, Tuesday

Boris Nemtsov, co-chair of the RPR-Parnc Party, was summoned for interrogation to the Investigative Committee in the case of Leonid Razvozzhaev. According to the politician, during interrogation it was about the statements of Razvozhaev regarding his abduction in Ukraine.

The expert group of the Council for Human Rights under the President of the Russian Federation conducted an examination of the criminal “case of the theft of Kirovles”, initiated by the RF IC against Alexei Navalny. Experts came to the conclusion that Navalny was pursuing for his political activity. Five of the 63 members of the Council are ready to subscribe to the corresponding expert opinion.

The Basmanny Court recognized the decision of the UK, who refused Alexei Navalny to initiate the threats of the head of the UK to the deputy chief editor of Novaya Gazeta Sergey Sokolov.

Judge of the Tver Court of Moscow Elena Stashin, a defendant in the “Magnitsky List” - pronounced the conviction to the activist of “Solidarity” Stanislav Pozdnyakova: two years conditionally with a three -year trial period. The administration of the Mordovian colony IK-14 will not support the application of Nadezhda Tolokonnikova for parole. The photographer Mitya Aleshkovsky was detained at the Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg, where he gave an interview to a LGBT portal. Together with him, his colleague Sergei Gubanov and Blogger Yuri Gavrikov was detained. The detainees were left for the night. The official reason for the detention was photographed a “regime object”. The trial in Aleshkovsky was transferred to Moscow.

Leonid Razvoszhaev, defendant in the case of “Anatomy of Protest”, is transferred from the Chelyabinsk pre -trial detention center to Moscow, to the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center.
