Two minors at the Kitay-Gorod police station

According to the lawyers of some of the detainees, Kitay-Gorod police officers issued protocols under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for two minors who participated in the rally on Red Square. Parents go to the police department for underage activists.
