Given the fact that 289 people voted for the adoption of the bill, six were opposed, two more abstained, we can say with confidence that this “Law of the Sklets number two” is Putin’s personal will, and that the presidential administration spent, as in the case of the “Law of the number one”, a lot of time, crushing the deputies.
The three points are paid attention to. First: the law is eartingly contradicts international practice. In normal countries, Drunk Driving (drunken driving) - a dangerous driving (dangerous driving) is subject to punishment. That is, the situation when the driver behaves dangerously on the road, regardless of whether he is sober or not. Yarovaya and Putin, obviously, are not going to punish for dangerous driving, because dangerous driving is the privilege of the ruling estate.

The following is noteworthy. First. 180 thousand people are only those who are deprived of rights. We all perfectly understand that the number of people who have bought out in such a situation from traffic cops exceeds the number of people deprived of rights by at least five times. 1 million 800 thousand bought up, $ 1,000 each-here you are already 1.8 billion dollars, which millions of Russian fortress drivers, being sober, pay their gentlemen-Haisniki.
Of course, these are approximate numbers - to make it clear about the amounts of what order is in question, and, of course, this is the corvee paid only by sober drivers. Second. The Kremlin absolutely does not give a damn how these 180 thousand voters who are deprived of rights will vote, and even those 2 million voters who were forced and humiliated for nothing. The Kremlin makes it clear that the interests of only one layer are important to him - not 50 million Russian drivers and voters, but several hundred thousand traffic cops with striped sticks in their hands.
These are representatives of a profession that does not exist in any normal country. These are people who excite the population in the population. The traffic cop became the same household figure for ridicule in the 21st century in Russia, which pop was in the 19th century. These are lumpen, which stand with sticks by the road and sucking at passers -by, and I do not believe that at least one of them goes to the sidelines to serve society.
Yarova’s law proposes to advance in the fixation of Russian drivers even further. From now on, any driver who has not drunk a gram may nevertheless have two years. Here you will not get off with a thousand dollars. Here, absolutely sober people will no longer be cars - apartments to sell.
The same apartments that the deputy Yarovoy is in vain - simply due to her transition from Yabloko to Pzhiv.
At the same time, Elijah, the brain, Kopchuki and the Barkovs will continue to evade any responsibility.
