Razvoszhaev is a third charge

The Investigative Committee brought the third charge to the activist of the Left Front Leonid Razvoszhaev. As stated in the press service of the TFR, he is accused of knowingly false denunciation under aggravating circumstances (part 2 of article 306 of the Criminal Code). On December 12, 2012, Razvozhaev at a meeting of the Basmanny Court of Moscow pointed a finger at the investigator allegedly trying it. He does not admit his guilt and refuses to testify to the investigator, but in the TFR it "established that the words about torture were false."

“Then, being in custody, he appealed to the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office with a statement about the allegedly unlawful actions against him from the investigator. In addition, being in the investigative insulator of the city of Angarsk, the Irkutsk region, the Razvozhaev, who was warned of criminal liability for obviously false denunciations, in the presence of lawyers continued his criminal acts, stating the same as the same Crimes by the investigator of the IC of Russia, ”the press service said.

The other day, the Razvozhaev was transferred from Irkutsk to Moscow and placed in one and investigative insulators of the capital. The fact that the Razvozhaev was going to be transported from the Irkutsk pre -trial detention center to Moscow was announced in early March by opposition lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky. A week later, it became known that Razvozhaev was transferred, but it was not specified where exactly.

Four criminal cases were instituted against Razvoszhaev. In October 2012, he was abducted in Kyiv by Russian special services and arrested in the case of Anatomy Protest - 2. He, as well as the other two leaders of the left front of Sergei Udaltsov and Konstantin Lebedev, were accused of preparing the mass riots for foreign money. Then the case of robbery, which Razvozzhaev allegedly committed in Angarsk in 1997, was initiated. This case was closed in January at the expiration of the statute of limitations, that is, on an non -rehabilitating basis. After that, the TFR suspected the opposition at the illegal crossing of the Russian-Ukrainian border. Finally, on January 18, the case was opened about knowingly false denunciation.

In early January, it became known that Razvozhaev, trying to avoid the stage in Irkutsk, on December 15, agreed to close the case of robbery. “This is not a recognition, but simply a forced measure, so as not to be subjected to inhuman appeal,” said Agranovsky then. Nevertheless, on December 20, Razvozhaev was transferred to Siberia.

Udaltsov and Lebedev are placed under house arrest, the Georgian parliamentarian Givi Targamadze, who also charged with the Anatomy of Protest - 2, was put on the wanted list. Thus, Razvozhaev now is the only accused in this case, which is in custody. On January 10, 2013, the case of "Anatomy of Protest - 2" was combined with the case of riots on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012. 24 people are taking place on today. On March 1, it became known that the investigation in the "Swamp case" was extended until July 6.
