The Taganrog police are looking for various prepositions to prevent the apple from the Rostov region from getting to Anapa from the Rostov region, where they intend to observe the mayor’s elections on Sunday. This was reported by Gazeta.ru with reference to the adviser to the head of the party Sofu Rusov, who coordinates the work of observers.
On Friday evening, 55 observers drove by bus from Taganrog. On the highway the car was stopped by police officers who declared that the bus cannot go further, since its brake system is supposedly faulty. A document on the passage of the inspection proving that the car was in perfect order did not convince the police.
Observers hired another bus, but it was also stopped at the DPS post. The police said there were no rooms by car. In fact, the room from the car swore just an inspector of the traffic police, which was filmed in the video by one of the observers.
Later, 19 people from the group tried to take a train to Krasnodar. However, the police, having discovered observers from the railway ticket offices, were threatened with threats from the station.
On Saturday, Anapa was supposed to undergo training for observers. There are not enough local activists to work at 68 polling stations of the city, so Yabloko decided to attract observers from a neighboring region.
The former mayor of Anapa Tatyana Evsikova resigned in December 2012. Now her duties are performed by Uneneros Sergey Sergeyev. In addition to him, nine more people put their candidates, including Alexei Egorov, the leader of the city branch of Yabloko.
