The ambulance wiped off the liquid for me and expressed concern that something else might be added to the liquid,” Mitrokhin said.

Today, early elections for the head of the city are being held in Anapa. The previous mayor, Tatyana Evsikova, left this post for health reasons in December 2012.

Earlier, Yabloko reported that observers could not get to the mayoral elections in Anapa: on the M-25 federal highway leading from the village of Sukko to Anapa, a truck blocked the road, thereby blocking the path of more than 100 observers.
