In the city of Voskresensk, the Moscow Region, a criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the brutal reprisal against a man. He was scored to death with baseball bats right in front of his wife and a young child. As suspects in the case, the sons of local criminal authority and the former special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are held, the newspaper Arguments and Facts writes.
Relatives of the murdered are afraid that the authorities are trying to "hush up" the criminal case. Most of the five detainees for the attack and murder have already been released, including the former guardian of order from the riot police detachment. However, the RF IC calls such fears groundless and add that two of the defendants in the case will answer the court for the deed.
"The information that appeared on social networks and blogs that (detained brothers) Tymoshenko will avoid responsibility for the committed act is not true. They have already been charged," the official website of the Moscow Region of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.
The investigation is not planned to change this preventive measure, the department was added. At the same time, investigators evaded the answer to the question whether the accomplices of the Tymoshenko brothers will be held accountable.
“At the end of the investigative actions, the issue of liability that came to participate in the disassembly of the Support Group Tymoshenko, among which was an employee of the riot police of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region,” the press release said.
In the GSU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, colleagues from other law enforcement agencies also warned any comments on this case that caused a resonance on the Internet.
Murder from a parking place
According to preliminary data, late in the evening of March 3, 2013, a 30-year-old resident of Voskresensk Kirill Kirill Namlov returned home with his wife and six-year-old son. At the entrance of the house N20 on Mendeleev Street, where the family lived, five people in masks, with baseball bats and rubber sticks in their hands, were waiting for a man.
The attackers attacked Cyril and began to severely beat him. Julia Slova tried to save her husband, but one of the attackers then shouted: "Go, with*ka!"
In one of her husband who beat her, Julia was able to identify a neighbor - 27 -year -old Mikhail Tymoshenko.
Meanwhile, Cyril, trying to fight off the attackers, led them away from the household. However, no one responded to the cries of a woman for help.
When the attackers completed the reprisal and disappeared by the car, Julia approached her husband. “His head looked like a bag of bones filled with blood,” the woman recalls.

The ambulance arrived on the call brought Kirill Slokov to the hospital, but it was impossible to save him. "The death of a man occurred as a result of cerebral edema, as a result of an open head injury," the press release of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Moscow Region says.
The strongest psychological trauma is also inflicted on the son of Cyril, who has become a witness to reprisals. Now psychologists are working with the child.
Thanks to the testimony of Julia Nizhova, it was possible to detain all participants in the attack in hot pursuit.
As it turned out, the cause of the brutal murder was a conflict due to parking, stretching in the fall of 2012. Cyril left his Nissan car in the place that also liked the owner of the Ford Focus car Mikhail Tymoshenko. The neighbors could not resolve the dispute amicably, and Tymoshenko periodically deliberately blocked the car of Slove, preventing him from leaving.
In February, after the next exchange of angry remarks, Tymoshenko threatened quietly: "We will talk with you later!"

It is noteworthy that the fate of the families of Tymoshenko and the weak intersected in the older generation. The father of the deceased Viktor Slovov worked for 16 years in the criminal investigation of Voskresensk. The operative, who participated in the hostilities in Chechnya, "chased" for Sergey Tymoshenko Sr. for eight years. He took place in the case of a robbery attack with the use of firearms on the Lopatinsky mine. However, the investigation was "stalled", since all the witnesses of the crime died under strange circumstances.
Now the criminal authority Sergei Tymoshenko Sr. has become a respectable businessman. However, his sons - 28 -year -old Sergei and 27 -year -old Mikhail - well learned the "gangstone style" solving problems, as the story with Cyril Nizhov showed.
By the way, Sergey Tymoshenko Jr. was already judged for causing beatings from hooligan motives.
In Voskresensk, they say that Tymoshenko Sr. was even a sponsor of the election campaign of the current mayor of Alexander Kvardakov, who consists in kinship with the deputy prosecutor Enyushin. But the head of the city hastened to assure the townspeople that the case of the murder of Kirill Slokov was under special control and the criminals would suffer a well -deserved punishment.
Both brothers Tymoshenko are charged with part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of a person by negligence). For a impudent and cynical murder, they face 15 years in prison.
True, the relatives of the deceased believe that already in the qualifications of the acts of the brothers, the desire to shield the offspring of criminal authority is traced. In their opinion, the deed should be evaluated under part 4 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or organized group). In this case, criminals face from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment.
According to Julia Nizhova, who considered the attackers on her husband "geeks", they will not stop at anything, as they feel their impunity. “They will go through people,” the woman warns.
