Gorstkin’s wife, Yulia Budak, is the founder and director of a number of commercial structures in Samara, including Elegant LLC, which owns 137 trade pavilions at public transport stops, and Centrum LLC, a large Samara outdoor advertising operator that owns more than 50 billboards.
