Boris Berezovsky died. Most likely, suicide.
In the last months of his life, he was sorry. He asked for 5 thousand dollars for a ticket (he, who flew only to the charters!) And transferred through his acquaintances to Putin about how he was great.
Once, in the height of his power, in 1997, when a million dollars-it was still a lot of money, one businessman asked for an appointment with Berezovsky and offered him a project that promised 25 million dollars. Profit. Berezovsky listened and refused, without any drawing. “I,” he said, “less than 50 million dollars. I'm not doing it. "
However, he was never a businessman, never. He was always a bred. He was absolutely necessary for him, the lack of money was destroyed, but the money was only one of the component of the devilish drug on which Berezovsky was sitting: money - sex - power. Power - sex - money.
Even at the time of his highest power, Berezovsky was not engaged in business. People could wait hours to wait for him in the house of Logovaz receptions, and Berezovsky at that time had fun with the next girl. There are no needs - there were so many petitioners there, and all in such large ranks that their abundance turned their receptions into a secular living room and elevated the status of a woman. The deceased Krasnenker once told me that he had to sign some superwater paper for Aeroflot, it seems, about customs benefits for the purchase of aircraft or something like that. He warned Berezovsky in three months, each time followed the answer: "I will sign it." Three days before the deadline of Krasnenker (and this is one of the closest and trusted managers!) Milighed to Berezovsky: he had fun with some girl in Paris. "Come, give me paper." Krasnenker arrived, but Berezovsky was already in London. "Arrive, give me paper." Krasnecker flew in, but Berezovsky plans changed, he already whistled from London. A couple of hours before the “hour of x” paper, however, was signed by Yeltsin. Was Berezovsky really do not care, or he himself managed to sign the paper only by a miracle - who knows?
His power was great, but its nature, despite all its power, was the same kind as that of a fraudster represented by the General of the FSB: he could much, but lied even more. His almost constant manner was to call people and inform them that he appointed them to the position, although he was simply present when discussing his appointment in the Kremlin.
Once he “appointed” Boris Nemtsov as the first deputy prime minister: he heard that Yeltsin sends Dyachenko to persuade the young governor to move to the Kremlin, and immediately waved to Nizhny Novgorod by plane. “Only,” he said, “do not tell Tatyana Dyachenko that I was already here.” A few hours later - the car - Dyachenko arrived, and Nemtsov, of course, said to her. Dyachenko was beside herself.
He was the most senior of all fraudsters and fantasiers who have ever existed in the world: the rank of prophets already begins above, and as a prophet he had a certain gift to embody his feverish fantasies into reality.
When in 1999, the whole elite was already dutifully waited for Luzhkov’s coming to power, it was the raging Berezovsky, between hepatitis attacks, invented “unity”, and on one of the first posters of the “unity” the three leaders-Shoigu, Karelin and Gurov-stood against the background of a curly Russian birch that hastily had to paint.
He did not invent Putin, it was a family decision. He did not finance Putin, Abramovich grazed the entire election campaign, but Berezovsky sincerely believed that he did Putin, just as he sincerely considered Abramovich his wallet. This belief, which Berezovsky demonstrated to everyone, including Putin, and became fatal for Berezovsky. And a less patient man would have become furious if the oligarch, whose name became a beup throughout Rus', would have rushed after him, asking for a meeting, and at the same time paced, as in Voronezh, ahead of the solemn guard.
Berezovsky did not participate in the management of his own businesses, brushing Badri Patarkatsishvili or those young people who were in his living room on time: from the skillful Roman Abramovich to completely ridiculous types, such as the green peas of Oleg Mitvol. Already to the fallen, Abramovich paid him 2 billion dollars. For Sibneft and Rusal, but Berezovsky seized the entire huge amount 10 years before a penny - on women, villas, yachts, charters, meaningless lawsuits.
50 million dollars. Babs even managed to spend on the “Orange Revolution” in Ukraine - it seemed to transfer money to Givi Targamadze. To Tymoshenko, of course, they did not reach. But Bab, of course, was sure that the “Orange Revolution” was also he, and Putin also believed in this, more amazing.
The last years of his life, he was surrounded by more than strange personalities. Once the omnipotent diluted, he himself became a victim of a turn. (This is ordinary for a story.) For example, a certain Nikita Chekulin, who was staining the former acting Director of the Roskonsvnrystentr Research Institute, which escaped to London and to whom Berezovsky paid 5 thousand pounds a month. Chekulin regularly said that it was a hexogen from his research institute, which the FSB blew Russia. And when the spring began to dry out, Chekulin wrote a woman on a tape recorder and ran to Russia back.
The process with Abramovich would have kicked and ruined Berezovsky. He lost the court, although he was in principle right, because of his own indestructible habit of lying, manipulating reality, due to the fact that he was sure that it was necessary to say every time that it was profitable at a given second, and the one who did not believe you and recalls your former words is the enemy. Alas, you can behave on the Moscow throne - but not in the London court. From the great to the funny - one step. And Berezovsky, who claimed in the London court that he created Sibneft, opening the door in the Kremlin with his foot in the Kremlin, destroyed his own lie during the previous trial with Forbes, on which he said that he had nothing to do with Sibneft and had no “Kremlin’s godfather”.
Lost to Abramovich - it was the end. Berezovsky remained with huge debts and without any hopes. From now on, he was not only not great and not terrible - he was not even ridiculous. He tried in vain to attract attention with open letters, calls to the Patriarch, repentance in Facebook to the Russian people. All this is not something that was not commented - they did not notice. He sold the paintings to cover debts, and when Alpha bought Borjomi a couple of months ago (due to the nature of the inheritance of Badri, half of the money was due to a woman), he didn’t get to him, everything went on debts to lawyers, which is probably Putin and allowed Alpha to this deal.
Nobody needed him anymore: even his own family, which he taught that dad (husband, lover) is the source of dough. Bab, who until recently wrote letters about how he would now suit the revolution, wrote a letter to Putin with a request for return. Putin did not answer.
After that, only depression and death remained.
Bab died, but his business lives. Putin was not his protege, but, undoubtedly, was his student. He learned, in any case, the first lesson from the life of a woman: for endless manipulations, people need endless power. The second lesson: that sooner or later the manipulator ends like a woman - he has yet to experience his own skin.
Then someone wrote about a woman: a great villain. Well, right. The great villain was Stalin. Bab is a great fraudster.
