At the BRICS summit in South Africa, the creation of the organization’s Business Council was announced

Russian President Vladimir Putin is taking part in the fifth BRICS summit, which is taking place in Durban (South Africa), the press service of the head of state reports .

The theme of the summit is “BRICS and Africa: partnership for development, integration and industrialization.”

Before the start of the summit, a working breakfast was held between the leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa with representatives of the business community, during which, in particular, the creation of the BRICS Business Council was announced.
