Employees of Center E came to Samutsevich to talk about the cross cut down in Lyublino

Ekaterina Samutsevich, a suspended member of the punk band Pussy Riot, reported that she was questioned about the sawed-down cross.

“In the morning, two employees of Center E came to my house and asked for an explanation about sawing down the cross. Then they left,” Samutsevich wrote on Twitter .

The worship cross was cut down on the night of Tuesday, March 26, on Krasnodarskaya Street near house No. 50 in the Lyublino district of Moscow. On the same day, a criminal case was opened under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Vandalism”.

Members of Pussy Riot were convicted of punk prayers in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina received 2 years in prison, and Samutsevich received a suspended sentence.
