Where did 100 thousand children go?
The Russian government is in turmoil. Tens of thousands of children are lost somewhere.
According to the documents, the children were born, but they did not go to school. From Medvedev’s lips we hear the following words: “As I understand it, the accounting system there is bad, and if a child does not go to school, then this does not particularly bother anyone.”
“Isn’t it right to think that those who don’t go to school will later go to the forest?”
Mr. Medvedev! I assure you that these children who did not go to school will not go into the forest, because they simply do not exist.
Let's consider possible options for where 100 thousand children could have gone.
- God forbid, of course, but let’s assume that they died. In this case, there must be death certificates, this must be taken into account. It is impossible not to notice the death of one hundred thousand children. I remember a year ago, within one month, 8 children died in the Nalchik maternity hospital. So then a fuss was raised throughout the republic, even the republic’s Minister of Health was removed from his post. What if a hundred thousand die!! Of course, there is no such mortality rate in the Caucasus. This is just stupidity.
- Then perhaps they were born, live, but just don’t go to school? In this case, where do they go and what do they do? Again, it is impossible not to notice the widespread illiteracy. There is no such thing in the Caucasus that children do not go to school in such numbers. For what reason should they not go to school? For the poor, there are boarding schools that provide full support for students. Financial disadvantage is not a reason not to send children to school. Even a high level of religiosity in Dagestan, for example, will not be a reason to refuse school, because the influence of religion in this republic is so high that in schools they can be protected from undesirable moments. This option can also be excluded.
- The third option is that they left. From the experience of the KBR, I can say that many people leave to work, but if they have a wife and children, they try to leave them at home and send them money. Why take small children with you to work? If you leave with your family, renting an apartment costs several times more. If a man leaves alone, he teams up with several people like him, rents an apartment together, and thereby saves money for the family. The whole family can leave only if they have a high income from a permanent job. It is foolish to think that in Russia or anywhere else Caucasians are hired en masse for highly paid positions. Perhaps among the “lost” there are those who left and live outside the republic.
But it seems to me that another option is likely: these children simply were not born.
The “parents,” most likely, simply submitted fictitious certificates and received maternity capital for these “children.” In conditions of total corruption, it will not be difficult to obtain a fictitious certificate and then cash out maternity capital. Only this, in my opinion, can explain such a significant discrepancy between the rates of birth and school attendance. Therefore, I would like to reassure Mr. Medvedev. Don't be afraid that they will go into the forest!
