
The world court in Moscow considers the case against the head of the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights (OZPP) Mikhail Anshakov about slander. The Fund of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior considers himself to be victims.
In October 2012, the director of the Foundation accused the head of the OZPP of slander after an interview in Novaya Gazeta , in which Anshakov said that the temple actually operates in a business center with firms, car sink, tires, parking.
The Moscow court in October 2012 rejected the lawsuit of the OZPP, disputing trade in the territory of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Vasily Poddevalin did not come to today's meeting. The prosecutor said that he wanted to interrogate the victim, but did not object to the consideration of the case on the merits.
