In 2013, in the town of Elektrostal near Moscow, the project “Leader’s Labor Teams” will be continued, within the framework of which young people earn money by improving the streets of the city district.
“In the summer months, boys and girls are engaged in the improvement of the city and receive real money for their work. Moreover, in 2013, the head of the city, Andrei Sukhanov, decided to increase funding for labor teams, and additional material assistance will be provided by the Elektrostal Employment Center,” the press service reported heads of Elektrostal.
Considering that the project was created for the employment of minors, teenagers work 4 hours a day, the press service noted.
In 2012, each member of the labor team received about 5 thousand rubles per month. Teenagers are also paid for sick leave.
Accepting applications from young residents of Elektrostal who want to improve their district in the summer will begin in April.
